The customer support was amazing and they always answered my mails very quickly and they were very helpful. The item i ordered was a little pricey, but given that it was handmade in Venice, by original technics and artisans and by quality materials is understandable. I wish there were more buissnises that walued history so much in Italy. Realy happy with it overall.

The Hat I order was beautiful, how ever stained in tow spots. The issue has been processed to fix the issue and hopeful they will resolve. The person has been very quick to response and help! I will order agin even with the issue!

Die Ledermaske ist sehr schön! Und vor allem kann man die Maske sehr schön dem Gesicht anpassen, wenn man, wie ich, ein schmaleres Gesicht hat. Superschön, & ich würde sie wieder bestellen, sofern ich mal wieder eine bräuchte. Sehr gerne 5 Sterne!

Nice quality, cool look of the mask. Would have been pefect if the backside would be coloured too, or completely uncoloured. the stains are a small bit of a downside
