First, we would like to clarify that the size you purchased is an Italian size 42, not a European size. The nationality of sizes is also specified on the website, in the brand's "Size Guide". Therefore, the size we shipped is the one you purchased.

Second, you chose to ship the return under your own responsibility. As per policy, the return must reach our warehouse within 7 days of RMA acceptance. Above all, you are responsible for any delays, losses, and/or damage.
To date, your return has not yet been received, and, as previously communicated, in order to perform further checks, we need to verify the shipment tracking code, which you were unable to provide. We therefore reiterate our request, urging you to provide us with the requested information as soon as possible so we can more thoroughly verify the status of your return.
